I log into Uplay, and it just won't synchronize, even though I have a good internet connection! I click "Play" (forget about synchronization), and it shows a black screen with a circle in the middle for 10 seconds, then a small window with Chinese characters appears, as shown in the picture. I just click on the Heroes tab at the bottom to play, but it hangs until the second coming, and the task manager says everything is fine. In the task manager, I click "end task," the window closes, and it asks me to wait + something else on the second line, and Uplay closes as if I had just played normally. What should I do, how can I play?
