Hello. I'm stuck on completing the "Wrath of Shalassa" quest. I've captured four villages (pay attention to the map in the lower left corner – 4 castles are marked with a Sanctuary). However, the quest objective is not completed: 2/4.

Can you tell me what's wrong? If I'm missing something, how do I proceed? And another question: how do I get to the island with the Necromancers in the upper left corner of the map when the path to the island is blocked by ships that should be swept away by the tide soon? After completing which quest will the tide begin?
