I completed the introductory campaign, and the rest of the campaigns became available. I completed the first mission and freed Jorgen, and the map with the second mission opened. However, when I load the game, only the first mission is available again. The second mission ("Forward and Inward") is not offered. If anyone has experienced a similar problem, please let me know how to solve it.
