Upon launching, it displays something like this:
The video card lacks sufficient power.

I have an ATI Radeon X1950 GT,
so shader 3.0 is supported.
I heard somewhere that this is a problem with ATI Radeon X series video cards.

Are there any ways to run the game without having to replace the video card?
