It might not seem very likely at first glance that he was a member of the mafia in both games, but it's quite possible if you think about it. In one game, he absolutely refused to execute an obvious mafia member, offering fantastic theories and diverting attention to searching for random words from a Wikipedia article. Here, he's targeting a town role, trying to manipulate the players' actions for the next night without explaining why, and making statements like "I know this person and that person, I won't say why, but follow my instructions! I'm Guilford!". Plus, my vote is on Torii. I may not be a pro, but I'm not a noob either, and my gut feeling about the first vote has never failed me! In the previous game, he was a Cop, and in the neighboring game, he's a Town role. He executes a Cop based on a block, when there's no block with him, but there is a protection on a Power role.

Don't listen to Torii, ladies and gentlemen. He's just as good at shady schemes as any experienced host.
