It would be better to introduce 3 old factions and forget about all sorts of dwarves.

I don't know. I've played all the Heroes games except the first one, and my top list (excluding the sixth part, as I haven't decided on it yet) is:
1. Heroes 5
2. Heroes 4
3. Heroes 2
4. Heroes 3
I liked the dwarves' castle. The composition of most factions in the third game always seemed like a hodgepodge to me, which, in my opinion, is a minus. In the fifth part, there was a logic in the composition of the factions, which was not the case before.
