Баги "Might and Magic: Heroes VI"

Ugh, what am I doing wrong? This bug has never popped up for me. There haven't been any Plague Weeks, but there have been diseases and other similar events.

I don't really keep track of weeks in campaigns... I found out about the Plague Week when I got the achievement - "buy out the entire army before the Plague Week begins." :)
