1. The map sometimes freezes. 2. I bought the collector's edition through Steam, and I received two keys. Which one should I enter in the game to get the exclusive content? 3. Some achievements don't work. Is this really the case, or am I missing something? (Examples: I finished games with a hero, but didn't receive the achievement; I collected all the resources and killed all the neutral creatures, but still didn't get any achievement; I bought all the units before the week of plague, and still nothing; I upgraded the Dynasty Staff to level 5, and still nothing.)
