Collector’s Edition bonuses.

Due to the variety of license types, a question arises. Before starting a game on a map, the hero can choose up to 3 additional skills (perfectionism, caravan, fort, etc.). Considering the dynasty level and the unlocking of bonuses, we get 3 slots to fill, but there are 5 available!!! Does the choice of license affect the unlocking of these slots? After all, 2 additional skills are a significant bonus.
