That can't be. There must be some oversight here. I always manage to get everything, and I haven't encountered any of the issues described above. Perhaps the problem lies in the fact that monsters are being added that impose a penalty? Or is the effect of the stable running out?
In general, such issues should be supported with save files, rather than just words.
