Growth is 10% per week, unless disabled by the map author. However, the maximum number of units in a single army cannot exceed 4000. In that case, there are 4000 initially, so it won't increase... Only thing is, there are dragons on both sides of the underground gates, making a total of 8000 overall.

Slightly off-topic: WoG has a cool feature — you drop your army on the ground at the end of the seventh day, and after resting, you pick it up again, but now with +10% growth... :D No wonder WoG is not accepted for Tournaments...
