[Suggestion] Modify the violation control system.

As if you didn't have enough places to fight already. You turned the discussion about the mafia into some kind of Shepherd-knows-what, and now you're acting up here too. But, I agree that points should be removed periodically. Perhaps moderators should be given the ability to remove them. Unfortunately, I can't suggest an optimal solution off the top of my head.
