[Suggestion] Modify the violation control system.

Given the current state of affairs, there's always something to rate.

Everyone has skeletons in their closet. But that doesn't mean you should give points for everything right away. I believe that points should only be given in cases of truly serious violations and insults. Why give points for trolling or off-topic comments when you can simply delete the post? If there was proper moderation, the system would work normally. I myself have a lot of points for what is essentially arbitrary reasons.

P.S.: I should probably use the official procedure to have them removed :D
