Necropolis – “Dawn from All Sides” [Campaign 2, Mission 3]

I completed this map, thanks to the winner for the help. Why do I only have one staff in my hands, it seems to be the Soul Stealer, and where is Sandro's staff from completing the quest? And another question: Svetlana gave some kind of ability at the end of the mission, but I don't understand what it is and where I can see it? And how do I use it?
