I press plus and it kicks me out of the game

I already realized that there's some kind of bug; I reinstalled the game, and the same thing happens.

I encountered the same problem on one of my accounts.
1. When logging in with the account, it kicks me out of the game on 2 computers.
2. When logging in with a different account, everything works normally, meaning the problem isn't with the game client itself or Windows.

Did you play through the game with the heroes that were offered by default, or did you generate your own?
I noticed that on the account where I generated my own heroes and played through the campaigns, the game crashes. On the second account, where I played through with the default heroes, everything is okay.
