Apparently, all statements about the simultaneous release of the English and Russian versions turned out to be false:(
As a result, the Russian version will indeed be protected by StarForce, since Ubisoft is not the publisher in Russia.
Regarding the release date, I found May 23 on the Igromania website, but I don't know if this is the final date or not:)
