Questions about the gameplay of Heroes 6.

I've completed several campaigns without connecting to Conflux, and now I want to connect to Conflux. Do I need to start everything from the beginning? And also, how much information does connecting to Conflux require?

How can I see how many resources are coming in each day?

Hover your cursor over the amount of resource you have, and a line will appear showing how much of that resource is coming in each day.

Has it been discussed anywhere which path is better, the Path of Blood or the Path of Tears? I prefer the Path of Tears, but I'm afraid it's weaker than the Path of Blood.
