Based on the current situation: if we eliminate Kimble today, the Mafia will be left with two members, and Mod will likely eliminate the Town Fray (she would have been Mafia, otherwise she wouldn't have put the team in such a disadvantage; and even for a Town member, such a decision is unjustified, she could have played it out until the end just to increase the number of votes).
