Hello everyone! The problem is this: in the main menu, when I click on the "Campaign" or "Load Game" buttons, the game crashes instantly to the desktop. It connects to Conflux without any problems, and I can even browse the dynasty settings. All standard methods haven't helped: I've reinstalled the launcher and the game itself, cleaning the registry, disabled synchronization, downloaded and reinstalled both patches (separately and through updates). I installed the game on a completely clean Windows installation, a "brand new" one. And nothing... The problem signature is attached. Has anyone encountered this, and what would you advise?
