Screen flicker.

Hello everyone!
I'll say right away, I have practically the same problem! The graphics flicker during the game, but not the monitor.
I've already tried almost everything I can! The game is patched, the drivers, DirectX, and the video are all up to date (I have a Radeon HD 6700), I've reinstalled the game several times, tried different settings, and it's still the same!!!
The game meets the system requirements, what's the problem, can you tell me?
