“Who is stronger?” – Evil versus Good.

Wow, what a great draw! It makes the game interesting for everyone! And then, victories upon victories... although, where will we get so many "good" winners? )))

That's a good idea. Logically, the main thing is that the good guys play against the bad guys. As a result, the winners from the good side should randomly be paired with the winners from the bad side. And then, all the others are randomly paired for the second round. For the third round, first, the good and bad guys with 2 points each play, then those with 1 point each, and then all the rest, and so on. I agree, it's much more complicated to draw such a tournament, but the main thing is the principle of randomness.
