Judging by the weapon, it doesn't seem like a scar or greed, so it must be the work of a mafia member or a lieutenant. More likely the latter. But why?

It says it's a ranged weapon, but no one has that kind of weapon. Although, maybe Grand with his cannon, but it's stupid to kill with a blocker. + Who could be connected to the murder of Sky, since the mafia only has one kill (right?)
