[Suggestion] Modify the violation control system.

In principle, each (offense) should have its own punishment. And they should be banned (automatically). 7 days means 7 days. 1 year means 1 year. A player was banned for harsh language directed at another player, plus for something else; let them wait. But if a player (waited) for 1 year... and this ban was lifted automatically after 1 year... what's the point of introducing anything new? If they haven't learned their lesson and repeat the offense, ban them again, for an indefinite period. That is, a program should be in place. A ban can be issued by a sumo, an admin, or a moderator – it doesn't matter. And not (waste time) dealing with each serious offender individually.
