I withdraw my question regarding the version. As for the draw, it wasn't specified anywhere that seeding would be used for the first round; the standard option is a random selection. But I won't argue about it since everyone else seems to be okay with it.
My opponent, dwp, is on vacation, and judging by the timeframe, it might last for 2 rounds. Should we wait?
