Buy the game.

Hello, I'm planning to buy a license and I'm wondering what to purchase. Here are a couple of questions: 1) Does the Steam version for 600 rubles include any hero artifacts, and if so, how many? Is it cheaper to buy the regular version for 450 rubles with 1 artifact and a hero? 2) Is it worth buying the deluxe version for even cooler artifacts? Are these artifacts the most powerful? Are they more powerful than any others found in the game? And can they be used in online battles? Please help me; I don't know what to buy.
