I have a problem with the last Castle. The fastest rush doesn't give any results, and sitting and accumulating resources isn't an option either, because the AI also accumulates resources. As a result, see the screenshot:

This is how long it took to accumulate resources. And I have 3 Castles and a lot of barracks, while he has 1 Castle with a barracks. The main thing is that he has elite creatures, and even my numerous basic units can't defeat them with numbers. Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't come up with anything.

I'm playing the first mission on the hard difficulty, and everything was going smoothly - I captured the last Castle, and I was already relaxing and waiting for the second mission. But then comes the very last battle - to save Johanssen in the dungeon by defeating a bunch of Luminaries. And there are so many of them, they attack without giving a chance to retaliate - it's just awful.
How did you guys handle this battle?
Or should I also wait a couple of months? But theoretically, the size of the enemy armies also increases over time.
I played it on normal difficulty, and there were no problems. I found scrolls with the spells Storm Arrows and Haste. With Storm Arrows, I destroyed entire stacks of Luminaries with arrows, and then I used Drain Life and Resurrection.
