What can be done about it? There are no replays. Well, if someone is paranoid, they can record the game using Fraps. And again, screenshots.

Again, this is my personal opinion – it would be optimal to stream, so that the judge (i.e., you in this case) can observe the match live (yes, I don't believe that most (not all) of the population in developed countries have a bad internet connection).
