General questions regarding participation in offline tournaments.

I would like to participate in the tournament. Version 35.8. The only problem is that my internet connection is weak.

Oh no. I just read the tournament rules and... I've been playing on version 3.58 for a long time, and it's much more interesting. I don't even have the regular version. So, I'm withdrawing my application.
