I completed a campaign map, specifically checked the translated "mastery" skill, achieved 157%, and read the description. It turns out it's awarded for completing battles without any losses, so the speed of completing the map doesn't affect this parameter at all. Therefore, it's unlikely that this parameter can be increased thanks to logistics.
