Connecting to Conflux.

So, here's the problem. It doesn't connect to the Conflux when launching the game. I decided to check the connection address and found the following IP: 216.98.48.18. I ran a ping through the command line. As a result, all packets were lost. At first, I thought the problem was with me or my internet provider, but then I decided to check the ping to this address using an online ping tool, and as a result, no ping is received from any site. So, what's the problem, and is Ubisoft going to fix it?
P.S. I created this thread because it seems like it's working for others.
