“Who is stronger?” – Evil versus Good.

I think it would be best to have a Swiss-system tournament with 8 rounds, and I don't see anything wrong with evil factions playing against evil factions, and good factions playing against good factions, except perhaps for mirror matches. Then, we could organize a supermatch between the strongest players from the evil and good factions.
Also, why did the duration of a tournament suddenly change from 14 days to 7-10 days? Or will there be no tournament on the league?
