"2" - Saturn is the second largest planet in the Solar System.
"One and only": can be interpreted in different ways - Sonic, whose song from the game is in the profile, is Sega's only mascot. It can also be interpreted simply - only Saturn has a noticeable ring system.

Okay, I exaggerated here. BUT even so, Mafias without mana would have a hard time resisting a city. The calculation is based on the system working: "I won't touch you if you don't touch me."
