Necropolis – “Dawn from All Sides” [Campaign 2, Mission 3]

I didn't beat this mission on my first try either. At first, I immediately headed to Ludmila, the gates to the Orcs opened, and an Orcish hero immediately ran up. I defeated him and went to take down Sharka. Somehow, I managed to defeat him, although for some reason, I had to fight him twice! (Is this the case for everyone?). The losses were significant, and Necromancers and Demons started arriving, but I didn't have enough money to buy back all the losses in the corresponding building. I went into the Dungeon, wandered around for a couple of days, and ran into a Demon hero with a decent army, and I was defeated without a chance. I realized that I needed to restart. I started over and began to do everything properly, as described in the intro: "If enemies surround you, destroy them one by one." I calmly cleared the entire area (of course, I only took gold from the chests), gathered a combat-ready army, and went to the Demons. I defeated them with some difficulty. I had accumulated a lot of money, so I bought back almost all the losses. Then I went to take down Sharka. I didn't have any problems with him. Only, for some reason, this time he died on the first try! Well, and that's it, from that point on, it was basically a matter of technique.
