However, there’s still one oddity regarding the murder of Slonysh. Specifically, I can’t figure out where I’m making a mistake.

No one heard any shots.

From this quote, I conclude that the murder was committed with a silenced pistol, which Kobra, Demi, and Zhalo possess. But that’s where the oddity lies.
Option 1: Kobra was the murderer. But Slonysh, according to the newspaper, is Kobra. And I don’t see any alternative roles for her.
Option 2: Demi’s recruit was the murderer. But again, the newspaper doesn’t describe any recruitment.
Option 3: Zhalo was the murderer. But Gil4, according to the newspaper, is Byk, and considering that Zhalo killed him the previous night, due to Byk’s unique characteristic, he wouldn’t have been able to kill him this night.
As a result, there’s an inconsistency. It seems that either I’ve misunderstood Slonysh’s role, or I’ve missed a description of recruitment, or I’ve misunderstood Gil’s role. Or perhaps I’ve made several mistakes at once. Does anyone have any thoughts on these options with a reasonably logical explanation?
