Discussion of the Necropolis faction.

Does anyone know how the Necromancer Ghost's "Death Seal" ability works? According to the description, it reduces health regeneration by 50%. What kind of regeneration are we talking about? Does this mean that if you try to heal this unit in any way, it will only heal by half?
