Well... It happened. What is there to add? The game consisted of three parts. In the first part, I played frankly for fun, everything seemed to be going carefully enough, but without brilliance. It seemed insufficient, I attacked Целка with part of the meat against a group of Minotaurs in the underground, for a shield +5, there were 19 of them (didn't expect more than 15), as a result, the woman ended up in the tavern, and I had... 2 blocks, which even if I killed in the first, the loss would be under 50% of what remained, so I skip them, recover the gold. In the second episode, I played sloppily, I feel that somewhere I lost the thread of the game; on day 137 I saw the opponent's army and stats, and moved my scout hero with KS 15 and Armageddon away, just in case. In the first Utopia, I got Dimension Door, then later a КВ, and started controlling the map.
Well, and in the third act, I think I played well, but in a sleepy state, so I played the game, as it seems to me, without mistakes, but in places I didn't manage to play at 100%, which gradually decided the outcome. I collected the Elixir, the Wizard's Well, took the Necromancer castle with the amplifier, two artifacts for Necromancy, calculated that 1200 skeletons would be enough to counter the opponent's cash, and then two blunders ruined everything. The first time, I didn't buy the dragon in the Necromancer castle garrison (time ran out), the second time, I defeated Цэлка which was supposed to take an important castle, but the next turn it got wiped out by fairies on a greater gargoyle. The fairies had Grand Strike and they got a Morale boost in the first round. GG.

If I hadn't killed myself with the scout hero, then this turn Crag Hack would have taken the entire 4th floor. 3 parts of the Armor of the Damned (the red orb was already there). The backup plan was to assemble the Might of the King Dragon (if I'm not mistaken about the name), there were also a couple of parts missing from the set.
