Dynasties

Yeah, I was just about to say that (it will be more appropriate in this thread). You need to switch to your character in the dynasty profile and choose skills for them. Most likely, you didn't do that, which is why there was only "Tsunami" in the spellbook. You can choose both spells and passive skills there. If it's not clear, I'll make a screenshot now.
