I purchased an extended license with two activation codes. During registration, I entered the first code, but it was not accepted. I probably made a mistake while typing. Instead of trying again, I entered the second code. The game launched, but it doesn't allow me to load additional abilities, and there's no connection to the Conflux. It says that this key doesn't allow me to use this option. What should I do? Reinstalling the game didn't help; it still prompts me to enter the key again.
