Questions about the gameplay of Heroes 6.

I have the same issue; only the second mission is active. But I have a guess: it depends on reputation. That is, heroes of Tears gain access to the mission "Angels Also Cry," while heroes of Blood gain access to "Too Bright for Darkness." So, it's better to complete all previous campaigns first to unlock at least five heroes, so you can choose the best ones and complete these missions with them :).

JonyBlack, I'll have to check; it would be a shame if it weren't possible to earn dynasty points this way.
