So, in favor of your version, it was Grim, that she was moved, and that she was found in the corridor. Plus, some random accident. But this is all just speculation until Tooth confirms it.
Next, there are no visible wounds and asphyxiation. In my opinion, this points to a dart with its poison. A poison with an asphyxiating effect is quite plausible, and the poison from the dart might not be detectable during an autopsy. The particles of fresh tobacco in your version point to Grim, while in my version, they point to Bezim. I just think it's problematic to have a shootout with an AK in a closed room (this is getting ahead of myself).
And finally, the "90%" really bothers me when I read it. I think this is a clue.
