Heroes 6 - Discussion

OOPS, another problem – I installed the game, and there are 2 codes on the disc. The top one wasn't accepted (I don't know why), but the bottom one was. I launch the game, and I get the message: "connection failed (with Conflux). The provided key cannot grant the expected privileges."

What is this, what privileges are we talking about, and do I even need it?
