The second part kinda implies that the poll is settled (or at least that you think so). Okay, you're not suggesting to close it, you're suggesting to consider the decision made.

I believe this poll had no point from the start and was unnecessary, because it doesn't decide anything. The rules do not prohibit poll threads, meaning this vote is meaningless. This poll is a review of the existing rules on HeroesWorld. But users should not be handling that. Only the admin makes decisions regarding the rules. At the current moment, such threads are NOT prohibited. Therefore, no one has the right to delete them and decide this issue personally, as Zubr and Slonysh did.

If the poll is considered concluded, the thread becomes a sub-clone of the Workshop.

Once the poll had concluded, then it would have been deleted. But the poll didn't end, and the thread was deleted. By what right? Who decided the poll was over?
