Level 16; approximately 200 regular Tier 1 units, 30-40 regular Tier 2 units, approximately 150 regular Tier 3 units, approximately 80 elite Tier 1 units, 74 elite Tier 2 units, 20-30 elite Tier 3 units, 6 top-tier units.

Since you couldn't name the unit types, it means you're not very familiar with the game yet ;). And you just described another tactic against neutral creatures. Why are you so upset about these three spells if "Drain Life" on the first level creates even more imbalance...?
