We all try to help each other here, but it's unlikely that anyone will want to write the same thing three times. At best, they'll copy and paste. And if they write to Pete, "Hey, look, Kolya has the same flaw, I explained everything in his topic, I'm too lazy to duplicate it, you can find it yourself," then poor Pete will have to dig through Kolya's topic and think, "Why did I even create my own topic if I'm just looking for information in Kolya's?" In this case, both sides will be inconvenienced. But if all of this were in one topic, I could highlight it with a quote and clearly explain everything to everyone in one post.
