For the first time in my life, the Battle Spirit has been balanced. I just don't understand, it seems like the amount hasn't changed... How does this thing work?

•Automatic Battle Spirit Balancing: Every week, all HeroesWorld users lose 1% of their Battle Spirit units, and users with more than 1000 Battle Spirit units lose an additional 1% of their Battle Spirit units each week. This continues until the number of their Battle Spirit units reaches the minimum limit for automatic Battle Spirit balancing.
•The minimum limit for automatic Battle Spirit balancing is: 250 Battle Spirit units.
