Yes, I agree, for discussing the new installments, this is a dead end.
You look at the game as a continuation of the old games, and not as a separate one (an old-timer's trait). Here, the concept is different; resurrection is the key. That's the deal.
I don't know how different the concept is; "Heroes" should remain "Heroes," but I have come to one conclusion: indeed, if you compare "Heroes 6" with other parts, it naturally won't be liked! Habit is a habit. But if you look at it as a new game, understand that there won't be another "Heroes 6," then you can analyze it from all sides and draw a more accurate conclusion.
There are no worse or better parts in Heroes. Each one is better in some ways and worse in others.
I absolutely agree. Unfortunately, flame wars about different parts often arise on this forum; only now, instead of "Heroes 5," it's "Heroes 6."
