Yes, they absolutely shred and destroy. In Heroes 6, they are similar to upgraded Kensei (Naga with 6 blades); with each new attack on a target, they inflict more hits (i.e., the first attack is 1, the second is 2, the third is 3, or maybe 3 is the limit). But! The double attack when the leadership skill triggers is taken into account, and the attack following the leadership attack (the leadership attack deals half damage) deals full damage. Is this a bug or a feature? They also destroy, shredding the target to pieces if the leadership skill triggers.
