I read the whole thread and decided to post too. I bought the jewel edition, installed it, activated everything, and there are absolutely no problems at all. The cursor only flickered in the menu during the first launch of the game; in all subsequent launches, everything was normal, nothing flickered or lagged. The game loads in about 2 minutes, everything is set to maximum, the only bug I noticed is that when the game is sped up, the voices start to squeak. Here are my specs: Windows 7 x64 Video card: Radeon HD 4350 2 GB of RAM, the system has been installed for 2 years. Also, the launcher updated the game and downloaded a patch of about 500 MB. Added after 13 minutes I forgot to mention that in the settings, I only changed the screen refresh rate from 60 to 75, and the resolution is set to 1280x1024.
