One thing is clear to everyone, especially in Russia (and other CIS countries): it's better to buy games in physical boxes or on Steam (where there haven't been any negative reviews yet). However, even with physical copies, there can be issues. It's simply ridiculous when you don't manage to apply all the codes for DLCs, and in this case, you can't really blame Western companies.
