Mephala and 3 elves arrived – but the hidden stash of horns and wood – consider it a win. On turn 125 with 10 horns, 12 storms, and 20 elf archers, I run towards the opponent and get hit by Valeska (bold move, I wouldn't have done that on a pack of uniques) with 13 grand knights, monks, 26 grand archers, and 4 grand horses. Automatically, I throw the horns forward – and the morale of the monks destroys them)) because the armorer was basic. I buy off with 6 storms, clear out the corners with Stracker, take a mini-quest (gave experience, land, and armorer), and on turn 143, I take a half-empty castle and win. The opponent, besides the monks, had an incomplete stash of horses in the treasure – it was almost enough).
